Role Overview
Osavul operates across multiple international jurisdictions. Each one works differently, and we need one person who sees across all of them.
As our Finance Operations Lead, you’ll own finance operations across our international entities. You’ll set up the processes, keep them running month after month, and oversee the accounting teams in each location.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee finance operations across all Osavul locations.
- Build and run core finance processes in each jurisdiction, including incoming and outgoing invoicing.
- Own the month-end close for every location.
- Oversee local accounting teams and keep accounting tracked and up to date across entities.
- Manage bank statements across all entities.
- Own payroll for our international entities.
- Keep recurring finance routines running smoothly and consistently across all jurisdictions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance operations, including work at a senior or lead level.
- Hands-on experience with month-end close, invoicing and payroll coordination.
- Experience in finance operations across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Experience coordinating external accountants, payroll providers or advisory firms.
- Fluent English for daily spoken and written communication.
- Comfortable doing operational work yourself while owning how the process is designed.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
Nice to Have
- Background in an audit, accounting or advisory firm working with international clients.
- Experience setting up finance processes in a growing startup or scale-up.
