3 November 2026. Osavul, a provider of AI-powered risk intelligence for hybrid threats, today announced that it has joined Cisco's AI Independent Software Vendor (ISV) ecosystem. Osavul is now listed in the Cisco AI ISV Showcase.
Public sector, defense and critical infrastructure organisations face cyberattacks, sabotage, espionage and influence operations at the same time. Most monitor these threats in separate silos and respond only after an incident.
From open-source signals to forecasts
The joint Osavul–Splunk–Cisco solution combines publicly available data (OSINT) with a customer’s internal and privileged data. It runs on Cisco AI POD infrastructure. Osavul's AI reasoning forecasts who may be attacked next, and how, where and when. Those forecasts go to Splunk Enterprise Security, so teams can trigger countermeasures early.
“Hybrid threats span digital and physical environments, and our customers shouldn't have to defend against them in silos. Joining Cisco's AI ISV ecosystem lets us bring AI-driven hybrid risk intelligence and risk modelling into the security stack that governments, defense organisations and enterprises already rely on. They can then act on forecasts instead of reacting to incidents.”
